Audio Response Teller allows you to obtain account information and perform transactions anytime, from anywhere you can access a touch-tone phone. Audio Response Teller is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Audio Response Teller is quick, easy and free!

How to use Audio Response Teller

  1. Call Audio Response Teller:(212) 279-8334
  2. Select the option for Bank By Phone
  3. Enter your member number followed by the # sign
  4. Enter your access code (personal identification number) followed by the # sign
  5. Enter the service code for the transaction you wish to perform, followed by the # sign
  6. Follow the Audio Response Teller instructions to complete your transaction.

Tips on Using Audio Response Teller

  1. You must press the # when requested.
  2. No decimal is needed when entering a dollar amount. For example: $50.00 would be 5000#
  3. You may perform multiple transactions in one call.
    Simply enter the next service code you wish to perform after completing a transaction.
  4. The available balance in your regular share account does not reflect outstanding loan payments. The available balance in your share draft account does not reflect outstanding checks, or pre-authorized payments.
  5. If you make an error, you may cancel your transaction by entering *#.
  6. If, during business hours, you need to speak with a credit union representative while using Audio Response Teller, enter 90#.

Quick Keys
Use the quick keys to perform specific transactions within your regular share or share draft account. Quick Keys will save you time because you won't need to input your account number when making the transaction.
